CHILI-ONA-STIC™ was established in 1982.
The product has a trademark and name registered Reg. No 2,594,661. For spiced foods mounted on a stick, namely, solidifided chili and hot dogs mounted on a meat stick and chili formed on a support stick or served in edible and non-edible boats or trays. In class 29 (U.S. CL. 46). Notice of acceptance of 8 declaration mailing date June 24, 2009.

Coast to Coast
The people of today are very healthy minded. Al Timins has traveled from coast to coast, from Canton, Mass., Somerville, N.J. Miss., Fresno and Oakland, Calif. and other cities, testing machinery, spices, collagen casings (Kosher approved) and ingredients for a healthy unique product CHILI-ONA-STIC™. Al Timins thanks Cal Poly of Pomona for one month developing the product.

Nutrional Label
After years of research, development and testing, this unique product contains (100 Calories) (476 mg Potassium) (60 mg Sodium) (24 gm Protein) (10% iron) (Vit. B6 mg 35%) (Fat 1.0 gm). In 2010 a nutrional comparison “analysis” by Computrion Inc. was conducted with nine other fast foods. CHILI-ONA-STIC™ out ranked them all with it's unique, healthy, tasteful, and the flavor (“taste”) stays in the pallet not like other fast foods.

Promoting
Al Timins has been “giving samples” at various locations: Banks, AAA, Supermarkets, Kaiser Hospital staff, Glendale Court House, (Jury, Judge Hon. Rogan, Clerks, Attorneys and Defendants), entire LA City Council, 1,000 samples at Circus Circus Nev., in two hours (Letter of Approval), and many businesses. Till this day, it is unbelievable not one person made a bad comment. They loved the taste and spice flavor of chili.

Media and Show
The product was exhibited in three food shows. The product was featured in the Smithsonian Magazine. The San Francisco Chronicle (newspaper) business section front page. On a Sunday channel 4 N.B.C. with Brian Banmiller. Channel 5 New Mexico. Featured in T,V. series with Ki Ki the puppets. Local newspapers and word of mouth. The company featured in food show pamplet, Oakland, CA.

Certified Chef
Al Timins is a certified chef, a graduate of the government culinary academy year 1942.

History and Presentations
Al Timins is a charter and lifetime member of the international chili society. Al is a chili historian. Competed in many chili cook offs sponsored chili team for radio KLAC country western team name Down Wind Chili. Carrol Shellby (of cobra car fame) and Al presented then Pres. Ronald Reagan with the Humanitarian Chili Award at the capitol. The L.A. City Council named Al The Chili Jockey “Award.”

Al Timins Culinary Involvements
Al Timins and his wife owned and operated an Italian Gourmet Rest. (Hey Cumparis) I have managed rests. In Miami and Coral Gables Fl. (Italian, Kosher and name Fried Chicken Shack.) Year 1947 owned and operated diner state Line Conn., with ex-mother-in-law. (disaster). Al cooked for the Elks, American Legion, Tierra Del Sol, Pres. Nixon, Reagan, two Police chiefs, Mayor Yorty, Helped in the kitchen when Pope John Paul visited LA. (San Fernando Mission) and many organizations. Al was nominated the Julia Child of the Valley.

Offering of Units
The corporation will be offering units at $5,000
(five thousand dollars) per unit. Our basis is to raise $900,000.00 (nine hundred thousand dollars),
to operate our own processing facility etc.
